Joy to Life Foundation has a special offer for our supporters! The first 500 people who contact us to make a commitment to purchase the Fight Breast Cancer car tag, Joy to Life will pay your first year's tag fee of $50. Click here for more information.

To purchase your tag, visit your local county license office, complete a "Commitment to Purchase" application, and pay the $50 fee. Or download a pre-commitment form, mail it to the Joy to Life Foundation along with your $50 check (made payable to your local county license office) and we’ll take care of the rest. This fee is tax deductible and includes free personalization. (Click here to see if your personalized message is available.) You will continue to use your current Alabama license plate until the new tags are produced.

Each county office will forward these commitments to the State Comptrollers office and when 1000 commitments are collected, the plates will go into production! Contact us when you purchase your tag at the local county license office and we’ll make sure you are notified when your new Fight Breast Cancer tag is ready to be picked up.

We only have until October 31, 2008 to collect 1000 commitments, and as soon as we do the tags will be produced. You can pick up your tag at that time or wait until it's time to renew. Either way, you will receive credit for the $50 fee you have paid. (You must save your receipt and copy of the application.)
